Product introduction of the PTFE hose
Our PTFE hose is a high-performance piping solution designed to connect equipment with low mechanical strength. At its core, the hose features a corrugated pipe made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a design that completely overcomes the rigidity of traditional pipes.
Furthermore, our PTFE hose can safely connect and protect fragile graphite, ceramic, or glass pipes, which have low mechanical durability. In addition, it facilitates both loading and unloading, serving as a reliable feed and discharge pipe for tank trucks, storage tanks, containers, or reactors. Under special conditions, it can even be applied in tubular reactors or heat exchangers.
Moreover, the superior flexibility of our PTFE hose not only enables the easy connection of misaligned pipes, but also effectively compensates for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature fluctuations.
It additionally absorbs and eliminates high-frequency mechanical vibrations, ensuring stable operation. To meet various installation requirements, the hose offers multiple connection options, including flanges, threads, quick connectors, and clamps or wire fastening.
