Our Cleaner for Heavy Impurities is an industrial separation device that operates on the vortex centrifugal principle, primarily used to remove heavy impurities from pulp. The working principle involves separating impurities from the good pulp through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. pulpenters the cleaner through a tangential inlet, forming a spiral vortex. Heavy impurities (such as sand, metal shavings, and glass) are thrown against the wall and settle to the bottom discharge port, while good pulp is discharged through the top outlet.
Our cleaner for heavy impurity key components, such as the cone, is made of wear-resistant ceramic or stainless steel to resist wear from heavy impurities and extend equipment life. The ceramic cone also stabilizes the slag removal rate and reduces fiber loss.
