Product Description
Our Heavy Impurity Cleaner is a crucial purification device in the paper pulping process, used to remove heavier impurities, including sand, iron filings, and glass fragments, from the pulp. It separates impurities using centrifugal force, preventing them from entering the screening or refining system, thereby improving pulp purity and protecting the safe operation of downstream equipment.
The pulp enters the cone at high speed through the tangential inlet. Under centrifugal force, heavier impurities are thrown to the outer wall and discharged downwards, while the purified pulp is discharged through the central outlet, achieving highly efficient separation.
