By reducing the boiling point of water under vacuum, it quickly dehydrates the samples while preserving their fiber structure; therefore, it ensures accurate and repeatable test results.
In addition, the dryer employs a high-vacuum heating system, which accelerates the drying process and maintains a consistent high vacuum level. Furthermore, its intelligent PID temperature control system actively regulates the heating temperature and continuously monitors for short circuits, disconnections, and over-temperature conditions to guarantee safe operation.
