Our Roller Coating F40 Vessel uses a rotary sintering process to form a thick, seamless film on the inner wall of the steel vessel. This process ensures uniform corrosion protection and reliable performance in demanding chemical environments.
2. Product Advantages and Function
Firstly, the F40 Vessel operates safely over a wide temperature range from -60°C to 180°C, resisting corrosion from strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, and organic solvents.
In addition, the vessel features F40 ETFE, the toughest fluorine-based material. It retains the excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation properties of PTFE, while providing superior mechanical performance, including twice the tensile strength of PTFE, as well as excellent impact and creep resistance.
Moreover, we source F40 ETFE from DuPont (USA) and Asahi Glass (Japan), ensuring premium material quality and long-term reliability.
