Product Introduction of the Handsheet Former
Our Handsheet Former actively forms pulp into 315 mm diameter round sheets with high efficiency. It specifically allows operators to hand-sheet pulp into these round sheets and to rapidly vacuum-dry them.
During operation, operators first steam, beat, and screen plant and mineral fibers. After completing a standard decomposition process, they place the pulp into the sheeting drum, where the machine actively agitates and rapidly filters it to form uniform sheets. Then, the machine presses and vacuum-dries the resulting 315 mm diameter sheets, producing reliable samples ready for further physical testing.
Product Function and Technical Parameters of the Handsheet Former
The Handsheet Former uses a fully electric-controlled system that actively integrates vacuum filtration, pressing, and vacuum drying into a single, seamless workflow. It handles the filtration, forming, and vacuum drying of various microfibers, nanofibers, and ultra-thick paper sheets with consistent performance. By combining these functions, the machine ensures efficient operation, reliable sheet quality, and optimal results for laboratory testing and research applications.
