China’s Glass-Lined RCVD (glass-lined double cone dryer) is a vacuum drying equipment designed for a variety of industrial applications. Specifically, our conical vessel features a glass-lined interior, providing superior corrosion resistance and making it suitable for processing acidic, alkaline, and organic solvent-based materials.

In addition, we introduce a heating medium—hot water, steam, or thermal oil—into the cone’s interlayer. This allows heat to transfer through the jacket to the material being dried. Furthermore, a vacuum head installed inside the cone actively dries the material under reduced pressure. Meanwhile, the cone’s slow, powered rotation continuously mixes the material, enhancing the drying process.

Our glass-lined RCVD operates at low temperatures. Because the vacuum lowers the boiling point of water, it is ideal for drying heat-sensitive materials, such as pharmaceuticals and foods, while preserving their active ingredients and quality.
